I needed 3 home improvements done to my house and was looking for someone who could do them all in one project. I had my front door replaced. I had my whole house siding replaced along with adding gutter guard and replacing all the outside lights. I had my driveway concrete redone along with a stamped concrete front walkway.
Mark Farley came to my house with samples and plenty of literature and books to show the products that I was looking at. We went over the different prices of each and he left the books with me so that I could make some decisions about what I wanted. He was very patient and professional. When I made my choices he came back and sat down with me so that we could work up the official estimate. He explained that he does use subcontractors but that they are familiar to him and that he is always on site to check their work. So we drew up the estimate and scheduled the siding first. They came and installed the siding and true to his work, Mark was there most of the time. They were very quick and professional. The siding was absolutely perfect when done. It looked like a brand new house!! The pounding did trip some of the fuses but Mark responded very quickly and got me backup and running again in no time. When the lights were replace we noticed that two of them were not getting electricity. This had been a problem in the old lights and not something they had caused. But his guys who knew electricity took a look and repaired a short that I had with no added cost to the project. I can’t tell you how much that meant to me that I didn’t have to hire an electrician. After they finished the siding we scheduled to get the door put in. It was a separate team for that. Mark was there the whole time and made sure the installer took me through how to work my new keypad lock. The installer explained everything very well and was very knowledgable about his profession. We then scheduled the work on my driveway. I had added the stamping on walkway at the last minute and Mark drew up another estimate very quickly. Since it was November he assured me that they would use a special mix of concrete to make sure it cured in the cold. It turned out beautifully. The stamped color really set off the house and looked very much like pavers.
I could tell that Mark has a very personal relationship with all his contractors that he uses. He was always asking about their families and you could tell that they all had been working together a long time and there was a lot of trust in the workmanship that these workers produce.
I can’t say enough good things about this company and would use them again in a heartbeat.
